1What Bija is

Bija is a free math-practice tool operated by 909 Technologies. It helps students practice and master Algebra 1 and Geometry. It is a study aid, not a substitute for a student's school, teacher, or curriculum.

2Accounts & eligibility

• A parent or legal guardian must set up or approve the account of any student under 18.
• You agree to give accurate information and to keep your sign-in details (and your child's PIN) reasonably secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and your children's accounts.

Your use of Bija is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

3Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Bija. That means no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; no accessing accounts that aren't yours; and no using Bija to harass anyone or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

4The school challenge

School-vs-school challenges are governed by their own Official Rules. Where those rules and these terms differ for the challenge, the Official Rules control.

5Our content

Bija's questions, lessons, name, and design belong to 909 Technologies. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. Please don't copy or redistribute them.

6No warranty & limitation of liability

Bija is provided "as is." We work hard to keep questions correct and the service running, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, 909 Technologies is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Bija. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7Changes & contact

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. Governing law is the State of California. Questions? hello@bijamath.com.
